The data we process

By registering on www.ferrettifih.it and filling out the form, the following personal data is provided to the Data Controller:(a). General Personal and Contact Data:

Purposes and legal bases for processingThe purpose of the website is to provide financial information and communications to registered data subjects.The generic personal data indicated in point 1 may be processed for the following purposes:

to pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller and/or the companies of the Sodali Group in carrying out direct marketing activities (such as newsletters, surveys, invitations to events, etc.). They are pursued by the Data Controller when they prevail over the risks to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects.

Processing TypeThe processing of personal data may include all or part of the following list: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, transmission, deletion and destruction of data.Your personal data may be processed and stored in both paper and electronic format with manual and/or automated processing.

Data retention

The Data Controller will process the data only for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the above purposes and to comply with any national, European or global legal/regulatory obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.

Data transfer

In fulfilment of the purpose set out in section 2, personal data of a general or special category may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients:

Third-party companies or other parties that process data on behalf of the Data Controller in its capacity as Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR; an updated list of processors is kept at the registered office of the Data Controller and can be requested at any time.

Other entities Sodali&Co Associated and/or located in third countries for which the Commission has decided that an adequate level of protection exists (ex. Art. 45 of the GDPR) or where a set of binding corporate rules has been approved by the Italian national supervisory authority (ex. Art. 47 of the GDPR).

Morrow Associates who may be located outside the EEA. In this case, the transfer is carried out pursuant to art. 49.c GDPR, i.e. the transfer is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in the interest of the data subject between the controller and another natural or legal person;

Supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, as well as to subjects to whom transmission is mandatory by law. These entities will process the data as independent data processors.

Rights of the data subject

As a Data Subject, the GDPR grants you the following rights in relation to personal data concerning you:(a) The right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you being processed by the Data Controller and, in this case, access to personal data in intelligible form and to the other information referred to in art. 15 of the GDPR(b) Right to rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Considering the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement(c) Right to suspension of processing (right to be forgotten) or right to obtain erasure of personal data concerning you pursuant to the provisions and limitations set out in Art. 17 of the GDPR(d) Right to obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of the processing of personal data according to the provisions and limitations referred to in art. 18 of the GDPR(e) The right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you, based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions. The Data Controller will cease to process such personal data unless it can demonstrate legitimate grounds for the processing, which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims(f) Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would result in legal consequences for the Data Subject concerning him or her or significantly affecting him or her(g) Where the legal basis for processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent obtained before the withdrawal

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, referred to in art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR.
